Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using ReviewBuzz ("the Service"), a product of Exocloud Technologies ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. The Service

ReviewBuzz provides a QR-code-based system that helps customers of cafes, restaurants, and similar businesses draft Google reviews using AI. The customer always reviews and posts their own review on Google — ReviewBuzz does not post on anyone's behalf.

3. Your account

• You must provide accurate signup information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password.
• You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind the business you represent.
• One owner account may manage multiple business listings, each on a separate subscription.

4. Subscription and payment

• The Service is offered on an annual subscription basis at ₹1,999 per business location per year.
• Payment is processed via Razorpay. By paying, you authorize the charge and agree to Razorpay's terms.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless you explicitly opt in. We will email you a renewal reminder before expiry.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice. Changes do not affect already-paid subscriptions.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate fake, fraudulent, or misleading reviews.
• Add a Google listing you do not own or have permission to promote.
• Attempt to bypass the customer's ability to choose, edit, or decline a review.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service.
• Use the Service in any way that violates Google's review policies or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without refund.

6. AI-generated content

Review variants are generated by Anthropic's Claude based on the customer's rating and tags. Customers choose, edit if they wish, and post the review themselves. ReviewBuzz is not responsible for the content posted to Google by any customer.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be notified where possible.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewBuzz's total liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

9. Subscriptions are non-refundable

ReviewBuzz subscriptions are non-refundable. We offer a free trial so you can evaluate the product before paying. Once a subscription is paid for, the amount cannot be refunded on voluntary cancellation or account deletion. A small set of exceptions (duplicate charge, billing error on our side, or prolonged service outage) is documented in our Refund Policy. You can stop future renewals at any time from your dashboard.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rajkot, Gujarat.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified to account holders by email at least 30 days in advance.
