Common questions
Is GST included in the price shown?
No. The INR price is exclusive of GST. We add 18% GST at checkout, so the total payable on Starter, for example, is ₹2,358.82 (₹1,999 + ₹359.82 GST). You'll receive a GST-compliant tax invoice for input-credit purposes if you provide your GSTIN.
How does the AI generation quota work?
Each plan includes a generous annual allotment, paced as a monthly fair-use cap to prevent burst abuse (one customer tapping "Generate" 500 times in an evening). If you hit the monthly cap, customers can still leave reviews — they'll just write their own without AI suggestions. Nothing breaks; the AI assist quietly resumes on the 1st of next month, or instantly if you upgrade. We'll show you a heads-up at 80% used so you can plan.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade anytime — the new monthly cap kicks in immediately and you pay the difference for the remainder of the year. Downgrades take effect at renewal.
What happens when my subscription expires?
Your QR pauses and the customer review page shows a friendly "this page is paused" message. Your data and analytics stay intact for 12 months — renew anytime and everything comes back.
Multiple locations?
Each location is its own subscription, or bundle 5 locations into the Chain plan (₹19,999/yr + GST). Extra locations beyond five are ₹3,499 / yr + GST each. Manage them all from one owner account.
GST invoice?
Pro and Chain plans automatically issue a GST invoice when you provide your GSTIN at checkout. Starter and Growth issue one on request — email support@reviewbuzz.in.
Refund policy?
We don't offer refunds; that's why we give you a free trial. The narrow exceptions (duplicate payment, billing error, prolonged outage) are documented in our refund policy.
What does “AI generation” mean?
Each time a customer taps "Help me write my review" and sees AI-drafted options, that counts as one AI generation. Customers who write their own review without AI don't consume from your AI quota.
Will my listing get flagged for using AI to draft reviews?
No. Every review is uniquely generated for that customer, and customers always edit and post the review themselves from their own account — so each review is a genuine post by a real person. We don't cache or duplicate text across customers.
