Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. We don't offer refunds

ReviewBuzz is a subscription service. Once a subscription is paid for, we don't offer refunds. We've kept the price modest and we offer a free trial period so you can try the full product before paying anything. We'd encourage you to use that trial to make sure ReviewBuzz is right for your business.

We know this is a firm stance. We've made it because almost everything we deliver (account setup, QR generation, AI usage, hosting) is consumed during the year and is not something we can recover after the fact. Keeping a no-refund policy lets us keep prices low for everyone.

2. Cancellation — stop future renewals

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard, or by emailing us. When you cancel:

• Your QR keeps working and your data stays accessible until the end of the period you've already paid for.
• We won't charge you again at renewal.
• You won't receive a refund for any unused portion of the current period.

3. The narrow exceptions

The only situations where we will issue a refund are:

• Duplicate or accidental payment — if you accidentally pay twice or pay for the wrong business, we'll refund the duplicate within 5–7 business days.
• Billing error on our side — if we charged you an amount we shouldn't have, we'll refund the disputed portion in full.
• Prolonged service outage — if ReviewBuzz is completely unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours through no fault of yours, we'll issue a pro-rated refund for the affected period on request.

To request a refund under one of these exceptions, email support@reviewbuzz.in with your account email and order ID. We respond within 1–2 business days.

4. Subscriptions we terminate

If we have to terminate a subscription because of a violation of our Terms of Service (for example, using ReviewBuzz to collect fake or misleading reviews), no refund will be issued.
