1. Who we are

"ReviewBuzz" ("we", "us", "our") is a software-as-a-service product operated by Exocloud Technologies, a business based at 406, 4th Floor, Aalap Apartment, Dr Rajendra Prasad Marg, Limada Chowk, Rajkot, Gujarat 360001, India (GSTIN: 24AAJFE8189P1ZK). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding it.

2. Information we collect

From business owners:

• Email address, name, and phone number (for account creation).
• Business details: name, type, Google review link, optional description and logo.
• Billing data processed by our payment partner (Razorpay) — we do not store card details.

From your customers (people who scan your QR):

• The star rating and tags they select.
• A hash of their IP address (for abuse prevention; not personally identifiable).
• Their user-agent string (browser/device type, for analytics).
• Which AI-generated review variant they chose, if any.

We do not ask customers for their name, email, phone number, or any personally identifiable information at any point in the review flow.

3. How we use this data

• To operate your account and provide the service.
• To generate AI review variants tailored to the customer's rating.
• To show you aggregate analytics about your QR (number of scans, average rating, conversion to posted reviews).
• To prevent abuse and spam.
• To send service-related emails (account confirmation, payment receipts, expiry reminders).

4. Data sharing

We use the following third-party services to operate ReviewBuzz:

• Anthropic — to generate review variants. The prompt sent includes your business name and type, the rating, and the customer's selected tags. No identifying customer data is sent.
• Oracle Cloud (Mumbai, India) — to host the database.
• Razorpay — to process payments. Razorpay receives your billing details directly.
• Hostinger — to host the static frontend.

We do not sell or rent your data to anyone. We do not use it for advertising.

5. Data retention

• Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of account deletion request.
• Review session data (rating, tags, variants generated) is kept for 24 months for analytics, then anonymized.
• Payment records are kept as required by Indian tax law (minimum 8 years).

6. Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@reviewbuzz.in. We respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use a single browser localStorage entry to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies on customer-facing review pages.

8. Children

ReviewBuzz is intended for business owners aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified to account holders by email at least 30 days in advance.
